To progress to the next level, simply complete the empty forms. Click on a button to rotate the vacant shapes, and select a form by clicking on it before filling it in the empty space. If you need to unlock a form, start by clicking on the designated unlock form, then select the locked form. Keep in mind that the first form you click on will be permanently removed from play.
