Place two check marks in each row and each column, ensuring that each check mark has its own distinct territory. This means that check marks must not be adjacent to one another—neither horizontally, vertically, nor diagonally. Therefore, no square surrounding a check mark can house another one. To strategically position your check marks, you can click to add checks, place supporting crosses, or remove existing checks. A helpful tip for solving the puzzle is to remember that any two consecutive rows or columns must collectively contain a total of four check marks.
