Atari Centipede

Atari Centipede is an exhilarating fixed shooter arcade game that challenges you to defend against a relentless onslaught of centipedes, spiders, scorpions, and fleas with your trusty bugblaster! Your goal is to survive for as long as you can in this thrilling adventure. The bugblaster fires tiny darts at the segmented body of the centipede, which consists of 10 to 12 segments, including its head. When you successfully hit a segment, it transforms into a mushroom, but don’t be fooled—each segment continues its descent towards you independently! To completely eliminate the centipede, you must aim for its head. Take control using your keyboard or mouse to maneuver your blaster and take aim at the falling menace of the centipede.
